This identification table for Daguerreotype Hallmarks uses a flexible classification system open to contributions from private collectors and museum curators. The idea is to propose a unified international classification model to give a single code to each Daguerreotype Hallmark. The proposal arises from the experience of study, research and collection developed by G.Chiesa and P.Gosio.
